Excess Side-A D&O

Unlike many other carriers that use generic excess forms, ORUG-92 is a dedicated excess Side A form, designed to follow another carrier’s lead Side A policy, either as the first Side A excess insurer, or at a higher level in the Side A-only program.

Policy features (ORUG-92):

• One-page streamlined follow-form contract
• Independent Director Liability (IDL) provided by endorsement.
• DIC into DIC feature provided.
• Double reinstatement of limit may be available.

Capacity: Up to $25,000,000 per Claim / $50,000,000 Aggregate in a single layer or split over more than one layer.

Eligibility: All U.S. public and private companies.
