T’erea Brown joined Old Republic Professional in September 2023. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, T’erea worked at The Law Office of Anne Schmidt as a Legal Assistant/Paralegal. T’erea holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Miami and is a 2012 Olympian.
Fred joined Old Republic Professional in 2016. He has been underwriting various lines of professional liability since 2006 with an emphasis on public, private & not-for-profit company management liability. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Fred was with Chubb Specialty Insurance for ten years where he most recently served as Underwriting Manager & Practice Leader for its Illinois Branch.
He leads Old Republic Professional in the development and marketing of its private company management liability strategy.
Fred is a graduate of Kenyon College with a degree in history.
Amy DeMilt joined Old Republic Professional in January 2023. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Amy worked at CNA as Vice President of Product Counsel and Compliance. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowdoin College and a Juris Doctor law degree from American University Washington College of Law.
Liza Fisher joined Old Republic Professional's New York office as Assistant Vice President in November 2021 and will be focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability for the eastern region. Liza has been underwriting management liability coverages for private and publicly traded companies since 2004. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Liza was with Chubb Limited for 14 years where she most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for their White Plains, NY Branch. Liza is a graduate from Iona College with a degree in Mass Communications.
Clancy has been with Old Republic Professional since 1990. Clancy underwrites Directors and Officers and Lawyers Professional Liability risks. Clancy has also handled Directors and Officers Liability, Lawyers Professional Liability and Miscellaneous Professional Liability claims.
Clancy graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed his MBA at DePaul University's Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Reed joined Old Republic Professional in 2017 and currently manages our Los Angeles office, assisting with the delivery of the company's products and services to both the Southern California area and the broader Western Region.
Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Reed spent 16 years in the insurance industry, bringing with him both brokerage and underwriting experience from Marsh Placement and Liberty International Underwriters. He has underwritten and managed the placement of Directors and Officers liability coverage for companies of all sizes and stages, from start-ups and IPOs to the Global 250.
Reed is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in finance.
HoYoung joined Old Republic Professional in November 2020, focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability. He will help lead our New York team in expanding and enhancing our private-company products and services in the eastern region of the United States. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, HoYoung was with Chubb Limited for 14 years and most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for its New Jersey Branch. HoYoung is a graduate from Boston College with a degree in finance.
Marc joined Old Republic Professional in 2016 and currently manages our New York office, assisting with the delivery of the company's products and services to both Greater Metropolitan New York area and the broader Eastern Region of the United States.
Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Marc spent 22 years in the insurance industry, bringing with him both brokerage and underwriting experience from Beazley Group, Marsh FINPRO and Genesis Professional Liability Underwriters. He has underwritten and managed the placement of Directors and Officers liability coverage for companies of all sizes and stages, from start-ups and IPOs to the Global 250.
Marc is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.A. in economics, and earned an M.B.A. at the NYU Stern School of Business.
John joined us in January 2018 as Senior Underwriter to further assist with the delivery of the company's products and services in the Greater New York Metro area and the broader Eastern Region.
Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, John was with Chubb Specialty Insurance for six years where he most recently served as Executive Underwriter in New York, underwriting various lines of management liability with an emphasis on public company D&O. John is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in psychology.
Joseph joined Old Republic Professional in August 2019 as a financial analyst. Prior to joining us, Joseph interned as a credit analyst at a community bank and as a financial analyst in Santiago, Chile. Joseph graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in finance and a Masters in financial management.
Jannie Ngo joined Old Republic Professional as Assistant Vice President in February 2023 and will be focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability for the West. Jannie has been underwriting management liability coverages for private and not-for-profit companies since 2007. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Jannie was with Chubb Limited for over 17 years where she most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for their Orange County and San Diego, CA branches. Jannie is a graduate from University of California, Irvine with a degree in Economics and minor in Management.
Ryan joined Old Republic Professional in 2018. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Ryan was a Commercial Real Estate Investment Intern for Principal Global Investors.
Ryan graduated magna cum laude from Iowa State University in 2018 with a B.S. in finance.
Diana joined Old Republic Professional in 2017 and has a focus on private company management liability lines. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Diana was an accounting assistant with 10 years of accounting experience. Diana is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a degree in accounting and human resource management.
Prior to joining Old Republic Professional in 2020, Michelle worked at the Chicago Transit Authority as its Risk Compliance Officer. She also spent a year interning at the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. As a licensed attorney, Michelle offers a unique perspective in underwriting Lawyers Professional Liability risks.
Michelle is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a B.A. in English. She received her J.D. from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
Samantha Sadoff joined Old Republic Professional in 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Samantha worked at AIG for over 16 years, most recently as a Assistant Regional Underwriting Manager/Public Company Team Leader. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Marketing concentration from The City University of New York.
Mike has over twenty-five years of experience underwriting various lines of management liability insurance, emphasizing public and private company directors and officers liability. Before joining Old Republic Professional in 2016, Mike was at Chubb Specialty Insurance for sixteen years, serving as Vice President of Underwriting for Chubb's Western Territory. Mike is a graduate of Indiana University.
