Fahad joined Old Republic Professional in July 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Fahad worked at Nationwide as an Underwriting Consultant. Fahad holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Sociology from Georgia State University with certificates in Law & Economics and Public Policy.

Amy Brown

Financial Analyst

Amy Brown joined OldÊRepublic Professional in August, 2021. Prior to joining OldÊRepublic Professional, Ms. Brown worked at First Look Appraisals as a Broker Ambassador. Ms. Brown holds a B.A. in Government Studies from California State University, Sacramento.

Frederick W. Brown

Senior Vice President

Fred joined Old Republic Professional in 2016. He has been underwriting various lines of professional liability since 2006 with an emphasis on public, private & not-for-profit company management liability.  Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Fred was with Chubb Specialty Insurance for ten years where he most recently served as Underwriting Manager & Practice Leader for its Illinois Branch.

He leads Old Republic Professional in the development and marketing of its private company management liability strategy.

Fred is a graduate of Kenyon College with a degree in history.

Liza Fisher

Vice President

Liza Fisher joined Old Republic Professional's New York office as Assistant Vice President in November 2021 and will be focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability for the eastern region. Liza has been underwriting management liability coverages for private and publicly traded companies since 2004. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Liza was with Chubb Limited for 14 years where she most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for their White Plains, NY Branch. Liza is a graduate from Iona College with a degree in Mass Communications.

 

Zachary Fricke

Underwriter

Zachary joined Old Republic Professional in June 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Zachary interned at BCH Wealth Management. Zachary holds a BS in Business Administration, Finance from Valparaiso University.

HoYoung Lim

Vice President

HoYoung joined Old Republic Professional in November 2020, focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability. He will help lead our New York team in expanding and enhancing our private-company products and services in the eastern region of the United States. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, HoYoung was with Chubb Limited for 14 years and most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for its New Jersey Branch. HoYoung is a graduate from Boston College with a degree in finance.

Isabella Luciano

Isabella Luciano joined OldÊRepublic Professional in June, 2023. Prior to joining OldÊRepublic Professional, Isabella worked at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) as an Audit Associate. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Temple University.

Peter Meyer

Peter joined Old Republic Professional in June 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Peter worked at Peter interned at Lincoln Investment and was a Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Peter holds a BS in Business Management from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from Molloy College.

Sarah Morris

Vice President, Operations and Underwriting

Sarah joined Old Republic Professional in 2017 and has a focus on business development and underwriting management liability lines of coverage for private companies. She has been underwriting various lines of professional liability including management liability, employment practices liability, fiduciary liability, cyber liability and crime products for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Sarah was with Beazley for four years developing the private and not-for-profit D&O and EPL book in the Midwest. She spent her first 13 years of insurance at Chubb in various underwriting and operational roles. Sarah is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago with a degree in political science.

Jannie Ngo

Assistant Vice President

Jannie Ngo joined Old Republic Professional as Assistant Vice President in February 2023 and will be focusing on business development and underwriting private-company management liability for the West. Jannie has been underwriting management liability coverages for private and not-for-profit companies since 2007. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Jannie was with Chubb Limited for over 17 years where she most recently served as the Financial Lines Branch Manager for their Orange County and San Diego, CA branches. Jannie is a graduate from University of California, Irvine with a degree in Economics and minor in Management.

Cole Petty

Cole joined Old Republic Professional in July, 2021. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Cole worked in Data Management for the Big Data in Environmental Economics and Policy Research Group. Cole is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in Agricultural and Consumer Economics.

Diana Ramirez

Senior Underwriter

Diana joined Old Republic Professional in 2017 and has a focus on private company management liability lines. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Diana was an accounting assistant with 10 years of accounting experience. Diana is a graduate of Roosevelt University with a degree in accounting and human resource management.

Michaela Rutledge

Michaela joined Old Republic Professional in June 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Michaela worked at CNA Insurance as an Underwriter. Michaela holds a BS in Accounting and Finance, with a minor in Economics from DePaul University.
