Vu Le joined Old Republic Professional in 2004. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Vu was a management consultant. Vu has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame.
Marc joined Old Republic Professional in 2016 and currently manages our New York office, assisting with the delivery of the company's products and services to both Greater Metropolitan New York area and the broader Eastern Region of the United States.Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Marc spent 22 years in the insurance industry, bringing with him both brokerage and underwriting experience from Beazley Group, Marsh FINPRO and Genesis Professional Liability Underwriters. He has underwritten and managed the placement of Directors and Officers liability coverage for companies of all sizes and stages, from start-ups and IPOs to the Global 250.Marc is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.A. in economics, and earned an M.B.A. at the NYU Stern School of Business.
John joined us in January 2018 as Senior Underwriter to further assist with the delivery of the company's products and services in the Greater New York Metro area and the broader Eastern Region.Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, John was with Chubb Specialty Insurance for six years where he most recently served as Executive Underwriter in New York, underwriting various lines of management liability with an emphasis on public company D&O. John is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in psychology.
Clint joined OldRepublic Professional in March 2022. Prior to joining OldRepublic Professional, Clint worked at Chubb as a Vice President in the Management Liability division. Clint holds a B.S. in Retail Management from the University of Wisconsin and a M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University.
Eric Barnes joined Old Republic Professional in August, 2022. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Eric worked at Chubb as an underwriter. Eric holds a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Delaware
Devin joined Old Republic Professional in 2011. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Devin worked at Pacific Life Insurance Company as a Retirement Solutions Specialist. Devin holds a BS/BA in finance from Creighton University and an MBA in finance and economics from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago.
Tracy joined Old Republic Professional in 2001. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Tracy was an underwriter at The St. Paul Companies and Monitor Liability Managers. Tracy is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and a minor in English. She has obtained the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation offered through PLUS.
Lola Cooper joined Old Republic Professional in July, 2025. Prior to joining the company, Lola interned with Old Republic Professional as an underwriting intern and also gained experience as a summer intern with Old Republic General Insurance Group. Lola holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Matt joined the New York office as a Financial Analyst in May of 2021. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Matt worked as an Account Executive at a global financial communications firm and then worked for the NASDAQ in their Listing Services and Stock Surveillance divisions. Matt is a graduate of the Denison University with a B.A. in Economics with a minor in English and then earned his M.B.A. at NYU's Leonard Stern School of Business.
Lauren Gilbert joined Old Republic Professional in July 2021. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Lauren worked as a Retail Banking Intern at Dollar Bank, a Pittsburgh based institution. Lauren holds a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Gender and Women's Studies from Washington and Jefferson College.
Reed joined Old Republic Professional in 2017 and currently manages our Los Angeles office, assisting with the delivery of the company's products and services to both the Southern California area and the broader Western Region.Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Reed spent 16 years in the insurance industry, bringing with him both brokerage and underwriting experience from Marsh Placement and Liberty International Underwriters. He has underwritten and managed the placement of Directors and Officers liability coverage for companies of all sizes and stages, from start-ups and IPOs to the Global 250.Reed is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a B.B.A. in finance.
Brian joined Old Republic Professional in 2014. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, while a full-time university student, Brian interned as an Investment Banking Analyst at Renaissance Capital Group, Inc from 2012 to 2014. Brian graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago in 2014 with a BBA in economics and finance.

Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Luke spent five years working as an Account Executive for The Travelers Companies, specializing in underwriting Management Liability for private and non-profit companies. Luke graduated with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2002 and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2006.
Ryan joined Old Republic Professional in 2017. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Ryan interned as a Research Assistant for Midtown Partners &Co., a New York investment-banking firm. Ryan graduated from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in public policy and a minor in history.
James Maguire joined the New York office as Vice President in May 2021. James previously served as an Assistant Vice President at Chubb Limited where he was employed since 1996. James is a graduate of the St. John's University with a B.S. in Sports Management.
Joseph joined Old Republic Professional in August 2019 as a financial analyst. Prior to joining us, Joseph interned as a credit analyst at a community bank and as a financial analyst in Santiago, Chile. Joseph graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in finance and a Masters in financial management.
Grant O'Donnell joined Old Republic Professional in 2024. Prior to joining Old Republic Professional, Grant worked at Argo Group where he focused on Public Company D&O, Fiduciary, and EPL. His book of business and broker assignments covered the entire East Coast. Grant holds a B.S. in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago.
Eoin O'Neill joined Old Republic Professional in July 2021. Eoin started his professional career with Old Republic Professional, as a Financial Analyst. Eoin holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Denver.
