The Analyst's primary duties will be to assess the business operations, financial health, and other unique risk exposures of publicly-traded companies, IPOs, and late-stage private companies, across various industry classes and geographies in the United States.
The Analyst will learn the fundamentals of equity research, financial statement analysis, valuation, and receive other industry-specific training. Learning will take place through shadowing current employees and via group and self-study. Analysts will write reports and make recommendations to senior staff that will drive decision making at the firm. Advancement opportunities exist for Analysts who achieve mastery of more advanced concepts and who establish a record of consistent risk assessment.
